Starting problems

Last night i changed a glow plug in my caddy. It started this morning and this afternoon i took out the fuse for the glow plugs in the engine bay and replaced it and it wont start since. I changed the glow plug relay and it still didnt make any difference. The engine turns over and it nearly starts but just wont.Has anyone any advice on what else to check? Any help appreciated Thanks.

Hi there.  that sounds like a rum one that.  Is the new fuse ok and has it not blown while u have put it in.

The new fuse is alright and there is voltage to the plugs and the stop solenoid on the injector pump. I think it could be an airlock now because the last time i switched it off the pump made a gurgling sound and there is diesel in it. What is the best way to clear an airlock??
