needing some 2e2 carb help!

Hi, i have been havinng trouble with my carb since i bought my cabby, i have now tracked the issue to the pull down unit, as it doesnt hold a vacuum, also the choke valve (butterfly seen when air intake box removed) is slack and moves however it wants, without taking the autochoke off on the right of the pull down unit, it looks like there isnt a spring system attached to the choke valve to keep it shut when the engine is off, or for the pull down unit to move it, therefore not allowing the auto choke to properly function.

any ideas where i could get hold of the spring system which attaches to the butterfly etc? or even if the set up i have is normal, i dont expect it to be but you never know!

remove and heck the autochoke housing, it should have a spring inside it to control the choke flap position. the pulldown unit only holds the choke open around 5mm or so when choke is fully on
