fan problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi all

ive got a 91 golf clipper 1.8 which keeps over heating because the fan doesnt come on ??
checked fan all works fine
fitted a new thermostat
fitted a new rad switch thingy!!!!
but still no joy

 any ideas guys
                             PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

checked that 2 ! the fan fan works fine when on a seperate switch but connect back to rad an it doesnt sense when cars hot
