engine rasping noise

when ime driving at around 3500 revs or more theres a loud rasping noise from the engine almost sounds like its coming from the manifold or front of exhaust but cant see any signs of leaks anywhere, anyone got any ideas

i reckon it could be the cold start pipe/plate thing loose, mine does it, need to tighten it up.

Look where the inlet air pipe is and there is the open metal pipe attached to the manifold 3 screw attach it i believe, check that they are tight so it wont rattle by hand.
