Settling In

My dizzy was rusted to the engine and when I managed to crack it free it cosmetic all the way out and therefore I messed up timing. Can anyone advise me how to put the dizzy back in the right position to get the car started ? When I put the dizzy back in the car wouldn't start as timing has gone way out.
secondly will this only have affected the ignition timing or should I get the cam etc sorted at the same time ?
many thanks

MOTY 2013

rotate engien to TDC on cam and crank, then refit dizzy so the rotor arm is lined up to the notch in the dizzy housing, fit spark lead #1 where it is pointing and the rest in correct order 1342 clockwise
