DUBST4R - failed to deliver

Anyone know DUBST4R, I paid him ?20 for some parcel shelves at the beginning of July, included postage address with paypal.
I then received a message asking for my address, I replied to this - still not delivered.
He is now not checking/replying to his messages on this site or in his email address.

Could be on holiday mate. Annoying I know but please be patient and we'll do all we can to help,

it's been a long holiday

couldn't you raise a dispute on paypal ? if he doesn't reply to that paypal will refund you and then retreive the money from his account

Paypal - good idea but I sent it as a gift to save his paypal fees. I used a credit card though so this is the last chance.
