Toad's Mk1 Golf Cabby Project
couldnt undo two exhaust manifold bolts…..as they were rounded…managed to get one off but had to grind through the other….luckily there is enough stud left to grab hold of to twist out to replace it
now im having a mare with the lower part of theinlet manifold
i just cant get the alen head bolts to undo…got 3 out…the rest im scared of rounding off…..have soaked em in wd40 over night and will try again tomorrow…
also need to get the right multispline tool to remove the cv joint bolts off ready for the transplant.:p

DEWA212: SITUS CASINO GACOR YANG PALING TERPERCAYA
There is an expansion set too which consists of 5 other sizes but they really are the business. Havent yet encountered a rounded nut they havent dealt with.

lost the alloy wheel locking nut key…so cant get me bloody wheels off to strip the hubs down
and i never wrote down the code for the key neither. ARGH
i have bought a key off ebay that is supposed to be a universal key…so will have to try that ortherwise im a bit stumped.
on a lighter note i stripped all the electrics back in the engine bay, removed the Carb for Betsy! and generally cleared up all the crap ready to remove the engine. Also undid all the drive shart bolts and one axle nut (other one is a right bugger so am gonna try that again). all cables and links are tied up and out of the way.
i put a new hose set on the valver engine….and then got some new inlet and exhaust manifold studs…just have to cut three down a bit to stop fouling on the inlet..
this is the new inlet manifold ready for the dells
just got to undo the mounts now and lift out the old engine and box

Finished removing the auto selector, front carpets and part of the old loom. fitted the new selector and lower shift parts.
changed the old steering rack for one from a 5 speed motor as this has the clamp on for the new manual selector.
and here are a few other bits that i need to fit before i refit the engine.
once im able to get the wheels off
