where is it?
i have a bottom with 1 and 2 on….what does it do?

If you mean 'button' not 'bottom'!! Then this is the switch for MFA (it's the one in the top right corner). on position 1 it is current readings - i.e. current time travelled, current MPG etc. Position 2 is total readings since the battery was last disconnected/system re-set so would give total hours driven in car, total MPG over that time period.
Ref your other post on the MFA not working, can be a number of issues. Do any of the functions on it work?

also where should the pipe be? there is an outlet on the guages but no pipe….i presume it comes off the inlet manifold somewhere?
