No Power to Fuel Pump
Tried swapping fuel pump relay - same
Bridged connections where the relay goies and pump will buzz ok - so proves wiring to the pump and pump are OK
Ive got the dash out and all the switches are missing but I shouldnt need those should I?
Clocks are connected and working as far as I can see.
Any clues? Was Ok before strip down. What actually signals the relay to pump? I guess there is some sort of pressure switch - where is that?
Cheers

Although my car was originally a 1300, I (and a friend who knew what he was doing) supplied a live to the relevant point in the fuse box, and added a relay and wiring to the relevant places which powered the pump fine. I had the car break down a couple of times though with the same problem you have now…Bridge the relay and it's fine, otherwise - no go!
In the end I added a stand alone switch and relay, as I did not want to get stranded again. All has been fine since then, though obviously, this is not a good fix for those who want their cars to be "Factory" like some of you guys do.
Good luck sorting it out!

Connected the alarm immobiliser and now the fuel pump and ignition works

Cheers rajan - your comment sent me checking voltage on 31b which was 2v and then 2v at the coil which led me to trace the looms and hey presto an plug with no alarm attached!

There is an immobiliser fitted, but i have no idea what to. When the immobiliser isn't deactivated the engine doen't even turn over, but when it's deactivated it turns over just with no spark or fuel?!
