AGM 2015 Dates Confirmed - Uttoxeter Racecourse 10th - 12th July

Dear MK1 Fans!

You'll be pleased to know that we have now finalised the booking for AGM 2015!

We will be at Uttoxeter Racecourse again as per the previous few years and the AGM will take place on the weekend of Friday 10th July - Sunday 12th July.

You will probably notice that the date is earlier than our usual weekend. Due to circumstance out of ours and the Racecourse's control, our usual weekend is not available.

However, this wont detract from the fact that AGM 2015 will be fantastic fun, with all the usual shenanigans going on!

Hopefully we'll see you all there and you can all book your summer holidays around these dates.

The AGM mini web site will go live shortly, allowing you to purchase your tickets - and don't forget, membership of the club will give you preferential rates

Just seen the dates for 2015 and I am gutted .. Was my first year at the gathering in 2014 and I am away for the 2015 dates

2014 was my first year and it was a amazing weekend i carnt wait for 2015

Can't wait for the AGM2015,  always a brilliant weekend!

   Had a great time last year so was gutted when the dates clashed !

So what do you all do at the AGM?

Do you make it a show with stands etc or just a big camping weekend?

The answer is yes and yes.

The Saturday (or for some the Friday pm) is mainly camping with a great convoy drive out around the local countryside -last year we had over 100 cars!

The Sunday is the main day with show and shine with entries from among the best Mk1s in the UK plus overseas visitiors. There are also trade stands and the AGM in the morning.

Last year was my first event and it was quite simply superb.

Both!

Have a look at the thread for 2014, but yes it's camping Friday and Saturday nights. General chilling, BBQ-ing etc. Saturday afternoon is the drive-out/cruise - we had 122 MK1's on the last one!

Saturday night is disco and fancy dress - you just need to check the photos for what goes on! lol

Sunday is show n shine day so full on show, plus we have traders present all weekend.

It's just a nice, relaxed and fun weekend

  Bought loads of bits from the trade stands and got so much help from lots of great people …

you will have a top weekend mate … Get it booked 😉

ill be there in something, if i dont have a mk1 by then ill bring the t25

Im going taking Boris as he should be finished by then. Will also be taking Lippy our T25 so we can camp in luxury looks like all round to ours later then
