This AGM.

I suppose I should explain to those members who are lucky enough (so far) not to know me.
In short.

I live in Vienna, Austria.
I've owned my Cabby (pic left) for one and a half years.
Having sold them a very long time ago.
I waited plus 25 years to own one.
I love my car.
I love being part of this Club even more.
I'd been planning a 'Road Trip' with my Son to this years AGM for a whole year.
Check out my post on my trip and the route we were taking there and back (there's some good stuff there from other members)!
But back at the end of April my Employer (in short) banned all Holiday during this period.

I'm a fairly active member of the Club if even from a distance.
But watching (from a distance) and seeing the momentum build and the sheer excitement and ingenuity of how it's coming together.
I'm finding it hard to watch but that's kind of OK because God willing I will be there in 2015.

So I've stopped playing the smallest Violin in the World.
But does anyone else have a story to tell?
I'm guessing but a fair bet would be mechanical issues etc…

We don't want to put a downer on what is going to be one heck of an event but maybe you were 100% going and then….

What's your story?

That's a tough one Dave.
Because my Daughter insists on getting Married that month down on the South Coast.
I have to pay half so I guess I'd better turn up!    

I had planned to go to the Ryder Cup in September with a mate of mine for my 50th Birthday Day present but that's been bombed out of the water as well.  

So it's 'WorterSee 2014' and 'AGM 2015', so not all bad!

I had what wad deemed to be a mild/mini heart attack and dan has asked me to shelf this ad not to cause any undue stress like the wolfsburg trip did.

Sorry to hear this Dave. Sounds like a good idea to remove the stress in your life. Have you been put on Wolferin?

I hear ya Dave!
I had one ten years ago aged 40, 18 days in Hospital, 3 weeks Rehab, Stent and all the rest of it.

Funny thing is I work harder now then I did then but it takes time!
