Shotgun!!

I'm calling Shotgun! Well, I'd like to Given that my MK1 will most certainly be in bits still for the AG I wont be in a MK1 for the cruise on the Saturday afternoon. For that reason and to help spur me on in my resto, I'd love to ride shotgun in a standard MK1 GTI again, just to bring the feeling back until I get mine back on the road.

So, if anyone has an empty passenger seat in a standard GTI tintop, there's one able navigator willing to hop-in (and I don't back seat drive you'll be pleased to know! )

Drove the route today with Anna, Elv and Sharon. Was really good !! The stop off point is wicked as well :-) Well done to Anna and Elv for working this one out !!

Oh cheers guys! Now there's a tough choice, one very nice (nearly) standard GTI - and then there's that yellow checked interior that looks so good….

I think I have to go standard - just to remind me of what I've been missing - and will have back before too long

Be carefull when offering lifts and shotgun, i ended up with a bald ginger weird man in my passenger seat for the drive out last year :-), and to make it worse he had a mega phone ! i mean a mega phone he dosnt need one lol :-)

It's sorely tempting Ade, lhasa green MK1 and those seats - it's just that 'standard' itch that hasn't been scratched for a while. Perhaps you can lend Graham your seats for the trip?

oi !!!! my heart is racing here and given tbe past occurrence tbats not a good thing !!!

I got a spare seat ! and I'll be chilled out this year lol
