Not really sure where I go from here, as I am now looking at weber carbs and stuff

I guess the engine and head is off for a rebuild?
Not sure if you know but the exhaust manifold in the pictures is not the right one for the engine or exhaust down pipe in the picture?

I don't think I'll be using that engine now
