I doing a little engine mods on my cab 2h engine from 93. I am doing a 2.0 bottom from aba and using 2h head and intake. 52 mm throttle from 16v, and a 276 shrick cam. And i have a header on it 4-2-1 without a cat, head is bring polished i the intake hols, and valves cleaned. Do i need a new chip and a dyno on it efter these mods.

I have been to many rolling road sessions over the years were owners *think* they have a certain amount of power only to find out they are no where near it because the car is under or over fuelling or the timing is way out, or there is another fault they werent aware of.
In fact the best money I ever spent was on a rolling road session when my car was totally standard. It revealed my distributer vacum advance was stuck, gained around 30 bhp when that was sorted!
If you are still using the original k-jet fuel injection, then no, you wont need a new chip as they don't have one.

Anybody who knows something about it
That's a great engine spec
From experience, those mods are very likely to run the engine very lean, which without correct tuning/adjustment will cause pinking, which can damaged the engine.
So yes, a full rolling road tune up will ensure the fueling and engine is correctly setup.

The engine is not done yet coase, i am still driving the car. But the 2.0 engine is stripet OFF and being paint. Spare parts orderd.
I received my new throttle body from mk2 16v 52mm.
And i take a look on the throttle body on the car, then i see that the throttle is a 52mm. Only difference is a my one is one peace, 16v is 2 peace. I dont Think Its so much to say.
