It's near identical, even down to the way the lights are held in place on the grille using bolts, but that one had five horizontal slats not six.
The Zender version does have six slats like yours, but the lights are attached in a completely different way using seperate buckets and aren't part of the grille itself.
There's an Italian outfit called 'Lester' who years ago copied bodykit bits from other companies including various Zender items, perhaps it's one of theirs?

- 1999 Passat Wagon. Needs street cred but at least it's a manual.
