disasembled the braking system

thort id take a few pics of the position of how things went for wen i put it back together

it fully disassembled and degreased

cleaned up these also (wat a mission, there was so much overspray on this)

also a few things turned up in the post today as well
head gasket set

new waterpump and housing

and a new clutch kit

well basically took the rest of stuff off the engine and the drained the engine/gearbox oil out and the took the head off (pics arent the best need to get a better camera lol)




heres the rest of the stufff that was on the engine that im gonna clean up and paint etc

oh yeah i thought id put me skills as a carpenter to use in this project somewhere, ive made myself a box so i can sandblast the bits that need cleaning up

I used an original fuel filter bracket and cut drilled it to fit on the turret (could be neater but its secure).
You can get the lines from Crazy Quiff or get them made up by somebody like Pirtek, they have outlets everywhere, usually for industrial applications. I took the ends off my old lines in with me and gave them the lengths i wanted them to run. Not sure what position the CQ ones would put the fuel filter in

I positioned it so that most of the air will come from the LHS which i figured would be colder (non engine side), eventually i will run a hose from the front spoiler to direct cold air into this area…. one of the jobs on the list !!

the only problem is the pics dont do it any justice and it has dog hairs over it already lol will clean them off before i put it back on the engine

does anyone know whre i can get a top rad pipe for my engine cuz every where ses there obselete (preferable id rather have a new one)
