PCV on 20v engines

Evening chaps,
                      Just started my conversion, do i need to remove certain pipeage(pcv) from the block to carry out the conversion. Is there any need to remove it? The engine is going into a caddy truck, i do believe in helping to keep emissions down. I would like a planet left for my kids and their kids…if you know what i mean. Will the lump still run with lower emissions, even though its not in it's original home( a mk4 golf gti) without all of controls an ecu.
