Its a little tricky because some shows threads they never mentioned final numbers and the pics aren't clear, so if/when I've completed it some of the data will have ??? next to it and if anyone who attended can remember….can fill in the gaps.

I won't be PMing the info, it will be going on this thread for all to see!!!! Its already in the public domain, its on the previous threads, just needs working thru. I am a non-member so am uninvolved in the Events Manager election process, but best of luck to all candidate(s)?

as far as i'm concerned if one person from the club turned out then its all good for the club. if 2 turn up, then there is someone for him/her to chat to about the club.

so if you find any with no members that would be bad.

be interested to see the results though.

i'm sure we'll all be well chuffed with them.

best thing about only being one member at a show is that they are then forced into talking to other about the club

In 2007, 10 shows were officially attended and in 2008, this was 13 shows (14 if you include Stonor Park, couldn't find any info on it though). The average number on the club stand was 8.2 in 2007, and 8.4 in 2008.

So basically, in 2008 there was extra representation by going to more shows than 2007; but the number of cars on the stand remained approximately the same.

And observations from reading through all the threads, and also above:

Santa Pod tends to be promised but not attended by some, except for the 1st show of the year there, which is the Spring Festival.

Some shows have lacked official or timely organisation for a club stand and have resulted in no club stand (eg Edition 38, BVF) and this can be explained by clashes with another show that weekend. Some shows (eg London Volksfest) have been poorly attended or no club stand, and don't clash, but are a week away from other national shows. It appears that whenever a show clashes with one at Santa Pod, the Santa Pod event always 'wins out'.

Organisers: there is no distinction between an official/committee member/events manager organising a show, and a volunteer member organising one. It is respected that ant5 will have 'taken on' shows where nobody else volunteered to organise, or that weren't that popular.

Correct, but 13 peeps said they would come and 10 arrived, even if it was a Scirocco it was one of the original 13, so should be 77%  

The data has been updated (press Refresh). There will be other errors, due to people leaving before a pic is taken; unclear pics; vague responses on threads; people pulling out then not posting in time, or posting after the event occurred, or breaking down on the way, etc. I can apply any updates, and I'm particularly interested to "fill in the gap" for Stonor Park 2008.

Just checked my photos from Gti Spring and Summer Festivals in 2007 and have different numbers

Gti Spring Festival 2007 had 9 cars on display and 2 coming andgoing from the strip (Wooders & Ben) = 11

Gti Summer Festival 2007 had 5 cars static on display and another 3 coming and going from the strip = 8
