I have looked at various images on the internet of how the HT Leads connect from the dizzy cap, and the correct number set up- could some one confirm the number set up from the cylinder head to the dizzy for me ! Having seen various images on the net- it would seem by HT lead set u[ or should I say my dizzy cap is on 180 degress the wrong way- would this cause this issue? I mean when comparing the images I found, to my set up, numbner one HT lead and the other leads seem to be the wrong way round !
I have also cleaned the carb out, replaced the fuel lines, and installed a new coil.
When removing the fuel filler/ float I can see that there a build up of some rust in the tank- which I know won't help it much, but I have installed a filter system in the tank to catch any rust particles.
If any one could perhaps show me a picture of theirs i'd be most grateful -thanks for your help in advance.

So basically what that thread is saying to me- is to fit a restrictor the y piece plastic connector in the fuel line, and do away with the fuel/ vap pot? Would this be your understanding of it ?
I'm guessing this is why webcon make this y piece which includes the restrictor? Thus forcing more fuel up to the carb, and less of a return to the tank?
This is what my understanding is of the thread. I think I'm having the exact same issue, and I have carried out the exact same work too !
Can any one on here confirm if the vap pot can be done away with and this y piece is a good enough replacement?
Thanks Jp
