just to back up the main man, samco's service takes ages guys, we deal with them through work and they take around 2 months to send our parts out, which is very annoying but then sometimes they come in a few weeks.

Realistically I need a min of 7 people to sign up to a set and put down a deposit - based on that I can justify tooling costs.

We've only got 3 sets sort of indicated here - really need some more peeps on the list.

mk1crazy - Yes the hose kit will fit both 1.1 and 1.3 mk1 engines - we need 7 peeps to sign upto this to make it a goer.  Once we have that tooling costs will be justified and batch sizes won't be an issue in the future.

with regards to the 5% discount, how many would need to order and would i be right in saying that would take it to about ?112?

can sling u probs 60 or 70quid this month and pay the remainder next month before u ship them out to us?

if you need it all up front then i expect id b up for it next month.

Retail price for a full kit (7 hoses) will be ?117.50 or as an alternative a smaller kit which excludes the two heater hoses at ?105.

This is the retail price, but I can offer the kits at 5% discount for a group buy of 5 or more kits.  A group buy would need to handled by one person with the batch sent direct to them for shipping to the GB members.

If you are a Club member you'd get 5% anyway direct to your door.

Once I have had 7 confirmations I will let you know about a deposit payment, say ?30.  Once I have 7 deposits I will get the tooling and samples made.  Once I've approved samples I'll get the batch made and ask for the balance payment.

Anyone can add to the batch and prices will be reduced accordingly.

The kit will comprise the following hoses (to replace rubber hoses)

• Top rad and bottom rad (same hose)
  Metal pipe at back to thermostat housing
  Metal pipe to heater control - anyone got a part number for this?
  Thermostat housing to heater coupling
  Heater pipes pair both the same[/list:u]

Yeah you can over pay on the deposit.

Delivery will be on top but will be less than a fiver.
