The passes arrived a few days ago and I'll sent them out around 2 weeks before the show, which should mean they'll arrive in good time. Please can any of the 10 people on the definative list:

let me know ASAP (at least before Friday, when I'll send out the passes) if they drop out, otherwise I won't be able to get the pass to the next member on the reserve list and we'll have an only part-full stand. I'll use the address stored in our records (see Membership Settings on the left menu bar) so please check this is accurate, thanks!

what you are trying to say is all the dedicated members will be there  

any spaces/passes left???

Put me down as a stand in if you need another cabby on the stand. I'll be going anyway so the car will be up there.

All passes are ready to be posted out, I just need to visit a postbox. I have also included a photocopy of the advice sheet I received as club organiser, detailing the route they want you to take, to avoid disturbing local villagers.

If anyone now drops out, please liase directly to onwards send your pass if possible. Reserve list:

2. racer (pending membership)
3. oldspice (pending membership)

sorry could you change racer on list to fabcabs , shes my significantly better other half and we would be bringing one of her "fabcabs" and shes a member cheers

Good idea  - was trying to think of the obvious place along the way. It doesn't say an official time to set up the stand etc, so 8:30am at the services sounds about right. (Gates to the show open 7am but I don't think I'll be up then!)

that will mean every 1 that we will have to leave wrexham footy ground at 10past 8 latest
im up for it as i should be in my turbine then hehe

My free tickets i was ment to get have been cancelled along story tbh.

But ill still be coming on the day and pay on the gate.

I guess its way to late to get on the stand too

Also would i be able to become a member on the day??

Unsure if they can sell membership on the day, though in theory all the bits are in place to do it - GAMMYGOLFGTI can you ask the question to the relevant people?
