The 'ELK' won't be moving for a little while….head gasket gone….Ah well…another bill…Sod's law says the best weather will be next couple of weeks….

just purchased my first mk1 gti cab '84 after owning beetles and have to say that i'm well chuffed. your have to let me know when you lot are next meeting up and i'll pop down for a pint. parbold not to far away from me - i remember jumping in the quarry nearby.

To be honest, I think Billing will be the next time we get together and possibly Tatton after that.

Personally speaking I'm gonna be short of time to fit an evening in before Billing. Try and come down for that, we can always try and travel down together.

Don't be put off the the fact that we may not be able to get one in for a while, new members are always welcome along.
