Today is the deadline for organising club camping bookings and it does seem that you have to book club stands at the same time.

I would have volunteered to organise this one too - nevermind, will do it next year instead!

By the way, if you want to attend, you don't HAVE to pre-book, you can just turn up too, but you won't be allowed in until 2pm.

Just checked the website and seems they have changed their minds…


"As the new online booking system seems to be behaving itself we've decided to extend the deadline till midnight on the 15th June!

Booking online is quick and simple, you can advance book for you and your family, register your club for a camping plot or get your club members to book themselves and associate their booking with your club!"

If a member or regional host wants to organise a stand please let me know… Quite happy for someone else to take over for this one if there is enough interest!

Bert, are you organising the stand? if so, I can loan you the pop up gazeebo and the banner for the show  :wink:

Sunday Stand is good for me  8)  Friday Saturday is already allocated! :mrgreen:

I'm up for being on the stand just let me know where and when and if I can be of any help let me know?

Oh and if there is room I'd like my uncle to put his cabby on

He's only just bought it and it does need some work but it'll be running in time for the show and it does clean up nicely if that is ok?

I'm going too, if theres a stand I don't mind having mine on board. I can show off my coilovers as well then!

I don't think we've got enough interest have we?  Min of 5 cars.

Surely there are 5 cars we can show off? You'd probably get 10 from the car park alone.

They don't seem to want to come forward  

Like I said, I'm there the whole weekend and the deadline is tonight.
