What other toys do you have?

this os what i get up to when not woking on the golf.



at some woods neer where i live.  me and some of my mates have built a set of downhill tracks which we ride as often as possible and we also do as many of the dragon series races as we can.

is anyone else into DH'ing on here?? :dontknow:

Is that the 4.2 or 4.5??  I have to say that is one of my favourite cars of all time    I had a big poster of one on my wall as a kid and dreamt about owning one.  I love the Tuscan too but this is one of those "countach" moments. Is it as good to drive? have youhad a 10k rebuild yet?

It really is a fantastic car, every drive, every day is a 'big grin' moment and its so quick, ive only had it 3 months and it was my dream car when i was younger.
It is the 4.5 with a few little mods she puts out 425bhp and will go on to 200mph from a 3.9s 0-60! and ive decatted it so it sounds err loud.
I use it every day even to go to work but its still my toy. :mrgreen:
Although its in for a 12k service in a couple of weeks which will no doubt set me back around ?1k……which is a downside!

I can see myself getting in trouble with one one those. I've bought lots of cars and bikes and only ever bought one on impulse where my heart ruled my head completely - an Aprilia RS250. Sexy, Italian and stunning to look at - a.k.a. left me considerably poorer.
That evokes the same emotions - love it, drive it, bankrupt myself    
Great choice - hopefully mine will come  one day :wink:

nar far to heavy for me. i want a 4 bar linkage next anyway having run a single pivot for a while. was thinking a turner but not sure.

No unfortunately.  Bought it brand new in 2001. So it's an '01 one?  :dontknow:

it wouldn't be classed as an '01 one… just a les paul now…

the '59s are special cos they are the originals. worth over ?10,000 if you can find a mint one. i saw one (left handed) go on eGay for ?17,894.92 (random amount) by someone that wasn't left handed 8O

you won't beat one for free ride stuff. but i'm abit old now and like the designs from around 2002-2004 soo a turner burner or a club roost dh8.
as it is i'm sticking with hardtail having built it into a full sus 3 times now and not been happy with it at any time.
putting more miles in on the road bike at the moment and rebuilding my BMX for a bit of fun.
