Glen, sounds like a winner to me!

Theres a 2 for 1 pub down the bottom of my road which isnt too bad. Infact within 1 mile of me theres 4 pubs and a petrol station lol

3 of the pubs have a half decent parking lot.

Anywhere around the Dunmow/ Stortford area sounds fine, and it'll be easy access for anyone comming via the M11 / A10 A120 A130 and so on, but you already knew that

What about the Three Horsehoes (I think) at Hazel End??

Seem to remember that the foods ok and not pricey, they've got a decent car park and it's only 10 mins from the M11 junction.

three horseshoes in spellbrook is better, or coach and horses in stortford.
toby carvery in harlow (favourite eatery of david beckham :wink: )
cant think of any places wiv decent carparks nearer cambs

that toby carvery is a nightmare to get in, the bloddy barriers never work when ive been there lol !
