Drugs are bad.

I reckon there is a good case for plenty of users on here to take some chill pills.

People who do drugs are sad and need to get a life?!  So you are straight edge then?  No Nicotene, no Caffine, no Alcohol yeah?

I'm sure we all know that most of the legendary poetry was written on wormwood and opium, most of the best music written on various concoctions.

I think that there's a massive difference between a forum that's family friendly and one that forbids any talk of drugs. Luckily enough this forum has been the former until now.

We've all been kids  so we all know that the first thing that you do when you're a kid and you're told not to do drugs is go out and take some. I'm not necessarily talking about illegal drugs. Besides, I'm sure we can all think of some excellent examples of the government being wrong about other things recently so why should we accept their judgement on which drugs should be illegal?

McDonalds is a family friendly restaurent but there's no way that I will be letting my kids eat that rubbish (when I have them).

And tbh i could tell you lots of facts about cannabis youl like.

Like, you can make cars that run fine off cannabis, as in the whole car, plus fuel.

Using hemp etc.

Its perfect to make paint, pain killers, its only ever killed 1 person.

In England they used to make people grow cannabis as a law. (There was a limit to what people had to grow)

Alcahol has produced more deaths/health problems that any other drug but the only reason its legal is because of tradition.

Plus the government know fact theyd be stumped if they tried to ban drinking again.

When you smoke cannabis richly oxygenated blood that is in effect with marijuana can help to cleanse the poisons at the cellular level.

And a broader perspective through activation of the entire brain leads to positive feelings and thus eliminates the usual and debilitating attitudes so common in cancerhelplessness, depression, fear, resignation, and dread.

As a new member it's always nice to gauge the attitudes of the members on a site before you open your mouth and say something you regret.

Free world and all that, I was just pointing out i have seen a very different side to recreational drug use, every human thinks they are invincible and "it will never happen to me" but it can

I do have strong opinions mate, yeah, and part of that probably is because im a copper but i have always had them, as for generalising the police (yet again) If someone needs "hassling" or "trouble" then the police are the one organisation to step up to the plate and deal with whatever needs dealing with

Its usually only criminals and those with criminal intent to break the law or do something illegal that fear the reprocutions of the police, they tell you they dont, but they do, bravado is a wonderfull thing, like liquid viagra in your eyes, it only makes you think you look hard

The look on junkies and dealers faces as their door comes off its hinges at silly o clock in the morning and 8 coppers in full riot kit raid their "home" is priceless!

and then the paranoid episodes really kicks in

Yeah - it is a bit early but I've been up for hours thanks to the dogs and now they are both flat out asleep on the living room floor - the sods!

Just the second I read Stella, I could almost taste a nice chilled…

I supose ill wake up first and move around for a little while then ill see what i feel like but that wont be for a short while.

I miss my car, need my engine in so i can go on a drive to entertain myself instead of sitting in bed feeling stiff.

Any possesion of controlled substance is an offence, even cannabis STILL even if its "personal", there are factors which make it illegal to have, near vulnerable people etc etc

the law was relaxed, NOT done away with!

if the police enter your house by force, (pre planned from gathered intelligence normally) using a warrant and find drug paraphinalia or illicit or un recognisable/controlled drugs of ANY amount then the simple truth is you get nicked, and as for the door? in those circumstances YOU get to pay for the door NOT the police, if they dont find anything? then you get a sorry from the 17 stone copper who turned your door to matchwood, you hate the police more than before (bothered ) and they buy you a new door (which tax payers pay for anyway) then 6 weeks late that gets smashed too on another warrant as there is never smoke without fire

i do feel that the comment about "take the police to court" after a magistrate would have sworn the warrant out in the first place for drug misuse/cultivation/dealing or whatever would fail miserably

An understanding of police/court procedure and drug misuse is always a bonus if your gonna be involved in that sort of thing
