my daughter Lucy had 95 votes not sure what the other party's did in her ward as she is still out.

Im quite pleased with that as we have only been campaigning for 4 weeks
and i only managed to deliver leaflets to about 35% of the houses in the area.
we now have 2 yrs to prepare for the next time so watch this space.

I tried to watch the election result as they came in last night, but (surprisinly, since they're so interesting) fell asleep with the telly on. So once I got home I was keen to catch the news on this. It does seem that a severe message has been sent to the Labour Party and Gordon Brown must be wondering whether he really did want the job he's in after all…….
