Vauxhall calipers help

the astra ones in theory should be spot on!! no one going 280mm?? i did works sweet! just thought the bigger the better!

Yeah a few people have, i've got some pictures somewhere of Olis, a mate in Reading.

What are your calipers off mate? Cav/Cal Turbo/V6?

what did ya get bits off for 280's??

do you still use vw disks?

Yes, still VW G60 Discs.

Similar era Vauxhalls, look for the V6 and Turbo models (Calibras, Cavs, Vectras etc).  Don't have a list of what you can get them off, and don't know if the more recent breed of vauxhall also has the same fitment (Mk4 Astras onwards etc).  Measure up the carrier bolt spacing to be sure, the Calibra/Cav ones are a safe bet, I think there's two differnt setups, using 284mm or 288mm discs as standard, but work fine with the VW 280 G60 discs.

A look through the Vauxhall sites like Migweb etc should come up with some answers, The Nova and Astra boys upgrage to the V6/turbo setups as well.

i only get limited tintereweb at work!! and dont get a chance at home to get on net as my comp is crap!

i put 280mm calipers and disks on the caddy, look spot on and work a treat!!
