Here are some finished pics of my 5 door. All im needing is new little flag mirrows and an MOT etc.

5 coats of polish and alot of elbow greese thats how me and my best mate spent our saturday night in the garage. lol  Smokes and cups of tea were supplied though.

Well i'm hoping to have the golf on the road by moddified nationals which is the end of may.

Mirrows when i can find some will be on there way as for the grile its came with the car although i did sell one for ?5 pounds off me doner mk1.

My dad buffed the psint with cutting compound then me and my mate gave it 5 coats of auto glym by hand.

I'm so looking forward to the driving around this summer.

Hey. I have similar corrosian on my mk1 as displayed at the rear in your first picture. can anyone reccomend any good body shops in the midlands that could repair this? i am a bit of a novice and don't want to have my pants pulled down over price for this sort of work.
