I used a hair-dryer to take mine off, just gentley heat just in front of where your peeling and it'll fly off.

Cheers guys. I just used a hair dryer aswell and picked it off with my nails it was painfull! And took hours and hours.

Cheers. i think i will leave that till next spring when we have some decent weather and it warms up abit dont fancy doing it in the cold. Unless i get a heater in the garage all day.
def going to do it tho cos i think it make a massive difference yet subtle and thats what iam wanting on mine. want to keep it as standard as possible but make a few subtle mods to make it my own

I actually like the silver stripe down the side and along the tailgate keeps it looking original!!
But can see why people remove them!!

Just a little update, i picked up my th lines today there mint :D





Ill have a trial fit this weekend but im getting wider dishes for the rear.

Next up all my welding is getting sorted. Then its off to tims for a respray.

Getting there slowly but surely!

like them wheels, they look amazing

looked really nice before you took it to bits, so should look even better when it goes back together.

Thanks mate :) Dont have a clue when it will be finished, sometime next year! Im not going to put a deadline on it cause ill never meet it!

I tried the wheels on yesterday, the front sits just right but ill be getting wider dishes for the rear to make them 9's.

Also need new spigot rings and wheel bolts.
