Technically*, it never peed itself at the thought of racing the reliant kitten. It was manly enough to race him no troubles. Wasn't manly enough to beat the little kitten tho! It peed itself at the thought of running against Dean's 20vT, it would have been a good race but there you go. He'd have probably beaten me anyhow.

* The real technical reason is that the GSF supplied crappy fake coolant reservoir was so poorly made, the cap couldn't screw onto it and make a proper seal! Now replaced with a proper (though grubby) VW part.

i'm replacing my roof skin for a non-sunroof skin, maybe you'd be interested. i suppose it's kind of half and half

that excuse is better than my door popped open which it did

my next excuse will be that my clutch is slipping cos it is so unless i get a new clutch plate sharpish ill be racing the polos at the pod :roll:

At least yours has an MoT. Mine is still in bits! And with the weather how it is, can't even commit to the MoT yet. And I've not had chance to fit the 1600 gearbox or lighten the flywheel or fit front indicators (so I can lose the front bumper). So maybe the 1st meet, I won't be looking at any improved times.
