need to work on your bar angle aswell it's a bit racked back right now hard to get on the bull horns when climbing. if you get to using it head over to decathlon in stockport and pick up a set cleats and shoes either spd's or look i'm more of an spd man myself.

carbon fibre will soon become your friend as it has mine :mrgreen:

The handle bars were the first thing I adjusted when I got home - no idea why they were up like that?! :dontknow:  :lol:

You could be talking another language for all I know :lol: Hope that changes soon though. It's been about 20 years since I knew anything about bikes and gear! :lol:

fair shout for gettin a road bike ive got a road bike and a mountainbike(been my hobby for yrs)  
before u know it your be riding 100-150 miles a week like me :D
im not sure if they are still doing it but the High5 website was givin away free sample packs of their energy drinks/gels  :wink:  and www.wiggle.com is pretty good for cheap bike clothing/spares etc worth a look if your after anything mate!(heart monitors also good for checking on your progress)

oh no the argument about wiggle V chain reaction.
at the moment wiggle is outstripping chainreaction on price and availability 4 years ago it was the otherway round.

150 miles pffftt i used to do that in 3 days. :mrgreen:

then i got a job :banghead: now the bike's lucky to do 30 miles a week

still 150 a week is a good target for anyone to reach.
it is very addictive specially as a way of way of losing weight.

yeah its finding the time but i do run aswell 2 or 3 times a week ;)

i run when the weather is better. i find it alot harder than cycling. other than that it's bike on the cross trainer.
