my twin 45 weber conversion **PICS**

I got K-jet system and it causes me all sorts of problems, I've changed almost everything.

I was gonna go the twin weber  route, am I right in thinking as you did mention, these are ECU controlled, so it's not like throwing unlimited amounts of fuel into the engine?

I'd be really interested to know what the MPG these give out, and obviously power output.

I have never fitted twin 45,s to a 8 valve engine so i may be talking rubbish  but would imagine fuel consumtion will be poor and there would be no power gains over k jet without some serious head work and more because the k-jet can cope with more than the standard 112bhp.

Ah, I assumed the same, especially about the MPG.

Thought the DX K-Jet's were 118bhp?

im unsure of the kjet situation with yours..
and im unsure of the gains it would give  cus it obviously depends on your engine and set up…

i had mine set up last week and it has given me a big gain compared to standard set up ( carb )  without any mods to head ( as of yet )

thats the next step  to get my head work done and manifold …

if i drive it normal  then its reasonably goof on fuel!! but if i put my foot down now and then it does use it quite a bit   but its all down to your right foot i guess!
