John theres a slightly damaged 1992 G60 rado on CF going for ?800, had a little scuffle with a hedge! apart from front and rear bumpers all appears in order

now then matey,, glad to see your resto going to plan,, dash out n the lot lol, i have taken everything off the front running gear, wishbones, arb, gear linkage etc. manifold bolts were as tight as a camels arse in a sandstorm, took ages to get my downpipe off, after much swearing and some harsh upward hacksawing she came off. launched it across the shop, :twisted:  engine is ready to come out,

took that shoddy wing off and inner wing needs a bit a welding where it meets front panel, not to bad though, i need to get my arse in gear and get some pics up, keep it real homie

good stuff adi, you'll have to give us a ring one time when you're up there and i'll pop round.

Its got the lupo/polo aero wiper conversion on that Rado too, you can flog that for about ?40 for a start

it's got a smashed up front bumper and rear end, imagine cops seeing an 18 year old lad driving that, they'd love it!

there's actually a police station at the far end of the road by the unit, sly racing  :twisted:

no competition though really, mk1 g60 will kill it.

If i lived nearer mate i would probably canabalise the rest of the car you didnt want or couldnt sell!

The Only things i really need/want would be the door handles, but wouldnt mind getting hold of another rear spoiler overide activation switch thats on the dash (to the right of the steering wheel), and maybe the rear spoiler motor/mechanism, mine works fine but its nice to have spare :wink:

I would be interested in the allys?and possibley seats as well

totr - i'm sure we can come to some sort of deal for all that

martin - i'm not 100% sure about what's happening with wheels, seats are going in the mk1 though

Any news on when your collecting it yet?? bet ya cant wait, greatest part of any project is getting ALL the bits ya need all lined up, it looks a mess to start with but as you progress it takes shape in no time
