There's nothing up with a 205   There both great cars in different ways, the 205 Gti is hands down the best drivers car ever, but it still doesn't give the same buzz as a mk1  8)

that mk1 golf is mint and so want that grill for my one there was one on ebay but buy the time i had money it had gone    and what u was saying about the 205 this was mine 21 days ago

and then this is it the day i sold it to fund my mk1 golf a speeding driver not looking at the road

manage to rip the door post of the floor and rip the quarter of to and apperantly only doin 15 mph and some how he didnt see me  tryed telling him its BRIGHT METALIC ORANGE and no he didnt see it  
so that slowed my mk1 restro but they are still great cars to drive but i aint drove my mk1 yet so will say what one i like more

I agree - looks well nice with the new rims.

The new 'High Pressure oil pump' just failed so the engine is scrap…luckily i bought an ABF lump for ?100 the other week so that's getting rebuilt and ran on K-Jet….
