NWM Karting event 05/04/08

yep racing at 5pm Saturday might be my mate from Norway could be coming hes an expert on ice lets hope they have the heaters on full blast

Will ring the place tomorrow to double confirm but they have taken the deposit out my credit card so it should be all systems go go go

Ok for anybody else that fancies a pint there is a pub about a mile from karting (its the nearest half decent one) called the golden ball. You exit the M65 at the very end and turn right on roundabout. About 1/2 mile down you come to another roundabout, you turn left for karting or right for the pub. The golden ball is about half a mile on your right.

Me and my pal will be there for about half 3 ish so we can get to karting for half 4

Have rung karting place everything OK for racing at 5 pm Saturday See you all there for 4.30 pm DONT BE LATE ! Anyone with a dodgy Mk 1 come in your daily drive!

No probs John, not going to bother going for a pint now before racing as my ginger mate has pulled out, so if you get to mine for about 3 ish that should give us plenty of time

Nice one, I couldn't make it - had to work at last minute yesterday :evil:  

I think the venue was a really good choice.

Did anyone else have a headache from the fumes afterwards?  :dontknow:

I tell you what by the time I'd got back, washed, sorted myself out, ordered the Indian and had it delivered….
it was 10.30!!!

Not a good time for eating!!

LOVED the evening though….. bring on the other Regions!!!!
