Plymouth?

Any members from the plymouth area? could do with seeing some inspiration and maybe some tips?

check out the SouthWest region on the left we usually meet once a month at cribbs in bristol or Harvester in Taunton. these are both central to members however there are a few of you in the plymouth area.

yep im a rag top or flip flop. Well thats three of us a few more and we might have a plymouth meet on our hands

if theres a meet in plymouth i might make an appearance

yeah i'm a rag top too, getting the car in a few weeks, we should defo try and get a plymouth meet going as bristol is quite far for a meet if your from plymouth or cornwall area

well i used to be regional for plymouth lol, ive attended many of the SWM with ross up in taunton, and exeter.
im from plymouth owned a mk1 for over two years but then sold it 6 months ago and am now trying to find it again. if i do it would be nice to meet some more.
there wasnt that many a few years ago when i tried to get many golfs together but will be better now

why do you need them?
it was a 1983 black Gti, MGH 178Y.
usually noticed for the wide wheels sticking out.
had a 2l 16v in it

thought it might be mine, i got it in jan but it has a 1.6 gti lump in it....

I've seen quite a few mk1's in and around plymouth, seen a black convertible last week, dunno who it is. So will we organise a meet up soon for the few of us there is down this way lol
