Just want to say a massive thanks to everyone on here

to people who have helped me with any problems, be it car or relationship  

People who'v made me laugh

and to people who have read and replied to my nonsense posts.

Will fair miss everythin about the Mk1, includin' this site.

Good luck to everyone with their cars.

seriously all the best mate we need more members like you who don't just use the site for information but have a positive input like you have its what makes this site worth me clicking onto every night.
we all know that this is a VW mk1 golf site but to be honest Ive had most of my laughs and entertainment from the none golf stuff you and other have put on the general chat section.
you do know its in ya blood and within no time at all and when your insurance premiums are more reasonable.

Be sad to see another member go, but why is it when some peeps say goodbye on forum they sell the mk1 :dontknow:
I said laters to a mk2 club, but that was naff, but i still have my 86 in lockup, these cars are simply a thing you must not sell, they bring so much to the owner.
Anyway hopefully see you around again bud.
