i got a quote for ?500 to cover my driver, and the guy that does my families work (had 4 cars done by him in the past) does an amazing job, but ?1200 is way overpriced.. but like Cero says, pay more, get more

I have just paid 1800 for a full respray. You may think that sounds expensive but it's a bargain when you see all the prep work that goes into it. You only get a quality finish if you spend time doing good prep work, this takes time and time costs money. I would be very wary of a spray job that costs less than a grand but on the other hand you can pay upwards of 3 grand and get a shoddy job so its like with anything, buyer beware. Make sure you see plenty of examples of the sprayers work before you hand over your pride and joy. Foxys paint job looks great though and that is a great price too.

Foxy where are you located? I've already got the Mars Red paint…  The car is in pretty good condition… A bit of smoothing would be nessassary though..

What for?  :dontknow:

do you mean when I wanted mine doing?

If so, I asked him. But he doesnt have an oven or workspace or anything.
He asked a mate of his if he could use his oven at a garage but couldnt.

I also asked him if he could do it outside somewhere but wasnt keen on that either, 'being illegal'.
