This is well cheap for a 79 4-speed 8O

What is the rear panel like and whats it like underneath?  Is there any rust, if so where and how extensive?

I Think so.
The mile counter has worked all the time I have had it.
The Service book is complete until 1987 when it had covered 23,465 miles.
I have MOT certificates from 1997 when it had done 38,230 miles.
Just after I bought it in March 2004 I saw 66,666 miles.

Irrespective of the time of year, i'm still stunned this hasn't gone yet.  Has anyone managed to take a look yet?  This is a very interesting car.
