Removed the after market crystal lights and gone full circle back to new original stock lights (frontlamps on order). Also got the original 'Rivage' decal to stick on.

Very nice job and standard looking.
Can you tell me what you mean by this please - " oil cooler housing (DX one won't fit), "
cheers

ok, so the original oil cooler mounting bracket (just below and left of the distributer) doesnt fit on the 3A bottomend, so you'll need the 3A bracket.

Hi, I just used some Autosol on a cloth and worked it in. Took a couple of hours to do all the lines, but got a pretty good result at the end.

Absolutely perfect, I also have a cabby and was looking to do pretty much the same as you, my first point of call was the brakes, were the carriers easy to source ?
Loving any chrome or carbon bits...

the audi carriers are out there if you look hard enough,…..audi breakers are a good bet. They do come up on ebay but they go for alot of $$$ because sellers know how badly mk1'ers want 'em.

I just love this cab, if I didn't have mine, I would buy this straight away.
For me this is properly one of the best mk1 cabs.

your recent audi MK1 Golf conversion
Hi G-Ride - I know I'm a couple of years late but read about your Mk1 conversion with great interest and enjoyment as I'm thinking of buying one and it looks like a fabulous car. I know its a slim chance but do you still have the converted car [ it was up for sale in the post ] and are you interested in selling it - if so please let me know and we can discuss .
thanks
thanks
