it was same last year, everyone kicked off. did two e38's (nowt there) then action this year, know what i will be going too in future…

i judged that car ask him he  wont forget me in a hurry it took 45 mins to do ! as there was just one point in frist and second placeses i pulled that car to bits and looked at everything

hey a won a top 10 on the saturday, im a member of a certain club mentioned in this post and i know a few people in the "scene"!

clearly i pulled strings to get my trophey  :roll:

i heard there was an 'alleged' comment on his sheet about him needing to get a life lmao,i so agree. it seriously is a proper works run daily driver and you know yourself how clean it is

to say cars didnt deserve to win is a shocking statement anyway,you may not agree with the judges or think theres better elsewhere but all the cars that went up and over that stage all weekend even just the interviews were all very smart in there own rights and that for me was what the show is all about(well that and the drink lol)

alex i still cant believe you manage to run the kangs on those 8s

lolololololol   he  realy does need to get a life !!! i was just jokeing writeing that on the sheet as it was   truely  mint inside and it was a teastment to his car and how nice it was  , i even pulled the door rubbers out to find muck but there wasnt any ! even licking fingers and wipeing under the seats looking for crums guess what there wasnt any at all!!!!!      i will one day find a crum in that car its my lifes  mission now  :mrgreen:

I think that they should pick random people at the show to judge and give them pointers on what to look for, then Joe public would decide!!! but this argument has been going on for years!

To 'judge' a car properly you really need to take it for a spin. Then do a couple of school runs; take the dog out for a run at the local country park; do the weekly shopping in it, etc.

You just described my life with my blue Golf!!!  

I judge my blue Golf to be the best ever then  (even though it's off the road and waiting for it's resto job!!)   :mrgreen:

dont care what anyone says, its all cliquey, the dub mags and shows organisers and certain "clubs" swan around taking everything, no one else gets mentioned in any of the mags or gets much of a look in at the shows.
ok not everyone shows there car to win, i dont, trophy chasing or cliquey get togethers has never been what its about for me, its still done for the atmosphere and the fun of it meeting fellow dubbers and looking at their cars, but thats my point it seems unless you empty a years wages into something then you cant get a look in, the dub scene a few years back was not like that! or maybe it was? just different people pulling the strings?

I say there should be a Ballot Box!  

Didn't really know who won what at E38 this year, as to be fair I don't really care lol.
But what is it makes the E38 judges so special to judge what is better than what?  :dontknow:
Should be down to the attendee's in my view rather than the organisers as you don't know what goes on behind the scenes. [Not suggesting anything, I'm just saying lol]
