Campaign for restoration NEW PICS

Was going to keep it but i`m selling all my Gti`s And just keeping one now.
Good condition Mk1 with just over 118,000 on the clock.
Bodyshell is fairly rust free ,needing only a small mount of welding putting in a new drivers side sill as its rotten at the rear.
All the brake and fuel lines will need replacing as its sat so long  plus some wiring in the engine bay  as its been messed around with but i have another loom.
Interior is in good nick and the floorpan is solid.
Offering this to be restored at my workshop to your spec including uprated engine or conversion should you want one.
I`m not selling it `as is`,ok
Only want ?600 for the car plus the resto

Had a good look round this (While Tim wasn't looking…) and its a very, very good solid shell. that needs lil work apart from the sill and fuel/brake lines to be a good useable car

Just wish mine had been as good before I started restoring it.

Also comes with a rather good no. plate especially if you work for the emergency services :wink:

ok not reaily after any modded engines just a standard campaign running with a fresh mot and 6months tax! what whould you want on top of the original 600 do you want for the work to get this?

All depends how far you want to take it ie,stripped down to a shell and rebuilt or just what needs doing for an MOT,its all up to the indiviual if you see what i mean  

just good for an mot mate
dont reaily wanna break the bank on this 1!
my last mk1 broke my heart an my wallet when i let it go  :cry:
