Danny, I'd say book us 12 spaces each day, based on previous shows and how interest swells in the days before the meet.

agreed i think we will struggle to get anymore than 12 due to other events happening in the meantime ie gaydon and e38

worst case me paul and dean will fly the flag on our own    

should be ok theres people that are interested so lets just keep nagging them :wink:

just found out my first match of the season is saturday, so i'll have to do sunday, if i may. if i can get a tent, i'll come up saturday night. shall i bring my banjo?

tents are ?8 from tescos bring bango we can use it to stop dean snoring lol

Just wondering if you'd except my yellow S1 1.1 on the club stand on the Sunday ?  I realise this is a performance show so maybe a 1.1 would'nt be suitable.  The other thing, what time would we have to be there in the morning ? The mk1 does'nt like getting up early in the morning and will only sleep in its own garage - so campings out.

its not a performance show at all dude, thats just a small part of VW Action. Im sure the guys wont mind you tagging along

Ant and I will both be there all weekend. As we have a stand booked we want to support this fully as our 'first' event.

G60 and Cabrio will both be there - unless someone buys the Cab first!!

We will be bringing the banner as littlerolf is posting it from after Leeds this weekend.

Paul is bringing the merchandise and I guess we will need to decide what else to bring/do?

anyone know if we will be able to camp on the friday night were not leaving till 6pm so wont be there till gone 9pm just wandering weather the pod will be open that late to campers? Danny
