interior is actually a brown tweed, with cream/brown vinyl sides, looks the mutts nuts

Ye . I work at Bell hall garage mate 30 seconds away from the college .
 I usually restore mk1 astras but have seen the light and started doing mk1 golfs .

We should ave some sort of club/meet with all the west yorkshire peeps on here. I am from Upton, and so is my mate and we both got cabby's. And theres someone else knocking about Pontefract in a rivage cabby too and someone has a campaign project on the go in Ponty too.

Would be cool 8)

i'm up for it, there is sometimes a meet in huddersfield, although i don't know who organises it, just heard about it through word of mouth. last time i was the only mk1 though
my mate will be back on the road with his cabby soon, G60
so yeah we will have to arrange something

nice ride mate. i think i saw you drive in at the leeds show. i thought i was too late for the club stand so i just parked up in the car park, then felt dumb coming up to the stand without my mk1 to identify me. stupid i know)

if you'll spread the yorkshire love i'd come up for a meet and or cruise.

there is a meet at birch services on the way to manc this sunday but there is so much to do on the mk1 (fit weber, port manifold, lower car, fit 15's back on, touch up paint work etc) so i think we'll be giving it a miss

i've never been to e38, only just started going to shows n meets. just looked at the flyer on the e38 site, i'm salivating at the thought of it!!!

i'm at a stag do that weekend, and i'm one of the best men, so getting out of it would be tricky…

gutted.

n'er mind, maybe see you in proper yorkshire (that's be anywhere but south) for a cruise sometime.

there is a meet in huddersfield 1st sunday of the month, but 1st sunday will be e38 weekend, so perhaps the next week? i'm the only mk1 ever there though
