Oh my god, I actually agree with wooders. I toyed with getting a Fiat Panda 4x4 coz they're just sooo good in the snow, especially compared with my big wide (snow!) tyres, which slip around sometimes.

But at the end of the day, you bought a car to enjoy using it. I feel love every time I drive and it's so much more enjoyable driving my Golf compared with any other car I've ever loved or driven before. If I bought a Panda, I think I'd spend the whole time driving around wishing I was in my Golf anyway.

don't beat yourself up about it. it happens to most people from time to time. nothing to be ashamed about.

I've thought about getting a second car to, especially as its looking like my golf is turning from a gentle blowover and tidy into a new engine, lots of new panels the front needs rewiring (every time i start it i half expect smoke to come out of the bonnet) but having said that when she behaves (which is becoming rare) its loadsa fun to drive. if i had the money i would, as i don't, just gonna have to struggle onwards…  8)
