Me too, I just tried to book. How come there's loads of other clubs and not us?

Oh well guess i'm not as retarded as i thought. I'm gonna wait till pay day and book it then. Hope it's o.k to put my Mk1 on the stand still?

I've just checked and their website list is updated again.

So count me in for both days! And I have 2 sprint runs booked on each day, too.

All being well (MOT this week) i will be there both days with the mk1. I will put it on the club stand if theres room so i will try and sort the tickets tonight when i get in from work  
Is there anyone else camping? Hopefully i am staying with the mk4 forum guys on a different site as its a lot cheaper than the inters one.

Ok i have booked the club passes for both my self and turbotechnicmk1 YES turbotechnicsmk1. That was not an typo, we are gonna pull out all the stops and try and get him and his car there in one peice i hope

I've just realised there's no camping on site. They are doing a deal with a local(!) campsite which is 4 miles away. So I thought instead I'd book myself into a local(!) hotel. The nearest I found which didn't cost ?175 is 10 miles away, and it cost ?59 for the night. Oh well, I didn't much like having money anyway….. At least it has a swimming pool. Hopefully I won't break the car on the strip, if I do it will end up being a really expensive weekend. Rather than just a mildly expensive one LOL.

Its very unlikely, because its only for around 20 seconds at the most. I'm assuming you're running more/less standard power? ManicGTI had an issue with 90mm CVJs, but it was because of the increased power, more than anything else I think.

wot thehells a 90mm ctj?will i need a flak jacket?

You might need a flack jacket if he breaks one  

cvj = constant velosity joint He would need the larger 100mm jobby from a late cab or rocco. I used these on a 16v box as i broke the 90mm ones.
