i know i said i would post pictures of the work yesterday but my batteries went dead so i had to charge tham.
Well JP turned up at 09.30 and got stuck in straight away on the drivers rear arche.





JP cut the inner arch but never added any metal as this way i can roll my arches if i wanted to without having to worry about the inner arch.
The inner arch is welded to the outter arch.

heres a few pictures of the wheel wel and the rear panel getting sorted.

After the rear end was done JP moved on to the passenger rear arch but once the old arch was cut off and inner sorted jp ran out of welding wire we did try a few places but every where we went never had none or just never sold it so we had to call it a night with the welding so JP decided to take the lower front panel off ready to weld in the new one on monday along with the arch.

Fantastic pics dude, bet your really glad you stuck with the project now. Keep it going, very good read so far !!!

thanks mate and im glad i stuck with it but if it wassent for JP getting in touch with me i think i would of gave up. The welding is getting finished off in the morning.

as a lack of time and money i dont think ill be finished for a while when are you aiming to complete yours?

God knows with work 6 days aweek

6 days but we only do about 10 hours :wink:  :mrgreen:

yes mate well chuffed the rest of the welding was finished today while i was at work.
Ill get a few pictures later
