My girlfriend has bought me a curry tonight and is being really nice.

However it almost vindicates what i think about getting my stuff.

I would say she's indecisive, rather than definitely wants you in our out of her house (life). Unfortunately, she has made the error of airing her feelings (in a somewhat random way) rather than keeping it to herself and thinking it over. I'd suggest be nice to her for the next couple of weeks, pamper her, etc and it will all blow over and you can go back to being normal. Try to do her favourite thing, if you know what it is.

Just read this through, you saying your going to remove your stuff from her house is basically saying to her that you dont think its going to work so your taking your stuff out in preparation for the enevitable split.

IE your not committing yourself to her..

OH COME ON. i'd be perfect. going to practising patronising people, just incase i get the job.

So….if you were, say, tinkering with your car, and your girlfriend came over and thought she could do something better than you, without opening her mouth, you'd just step back and let he do it? You wouldn't be slightly annoyed that she thought your effort was so unworthy that she needed to step in, and you wouldn't feel is if she maybe didn't respect your abilities as a human being?

Perhaps instead, you should have been grateful that she was actually cooking FOR you instead of making you do it your god damn self.

Well, when my girlfriend needs a hand with something i help, if she can't do something, i do it. i would'nt say questioning ability comes into it, because there are things she can do I can't, and vice versa. Although maybe its just that i'm a bit of an old gent at heart. Also, is frying an egg really that hard? I'm no Gordon Ramsay but i've never had any problems in the past.  :wink:
