hi all. i've not been on line for a while and missed the club stand banter.
bugger.
i'm gonna try and make it up there for 8:45 or 9am ish… and hopefully there will be some room ont club stand for me too.
if not i'll have to car park it and come and say hello.

Did the club stand happen? How many cars? Any pics of the Mk1s lined up?

Think there was about 8-9 mk1's on the stand looked really well, no pics though i forgot my camera!!

Well I made it to the stand, but nobody was there, stuck in the mud I should think :cry:

Had 8 cars on the club stand which was brill considering the weather!!

Apart from the weather which was ok in the afternoon me n chris had a brill time was good to meet you all and there was a lot of cool cars at the show.
Even drove home with the roof down!!! good job were only 5 miles away though as it started raining half way
as you can see from the pics it was quite muddy lots of people getting stuck in the mud.

Lots of stuck cars and vans, good job there was a bloke in a sorted jeep to help out.

Girlys good need to convince Chris to paint ours that colour (dont think it will happen though)
Shame we missed you chriswizz we spent a bit of time on the stand aswell talking to to people n stuff!

Had a brilliant day, good first outing for the old girl, was good seeing all the mk1's together, not sure about the imposter you all know he was, infiltrating the club stand, but hey he had a bucket so I could wash down my car after the mud flinging fest of getting there.
Trying to Put names to the cars, i'm crap with names and my memory is S*** so the car descriptions could be wrong aswell, lol Fill in as appropiate,
